"Helmut Newton: Fact & Fiction" is an exhibition hosted by M.O.P Foundation in A Coruña from the 18th of November 2023 until the 1st of May 2024. The exhibition intertwines the personal and the professional dimensions of the historic fashion photographer Helmut Newton, and presents an array of his most iconic images along with his lesser known artworks such as atmospheric landscapes and intimate photographies.
The exhibition is physically introduced by a cube room in which a four-wall large video installation conveys the life and work of Helmut Newton through creating a dialogue between interviews from relevant people in the art and fashion industry, with both his photographic artwork and archive footage from his shootings and movies.
