The music video for I. RAGE | Blurry Faces is a metaphor for internal dichotomies and the dual personalities one can experience—how opposites that coexist within a single consciousness can lead to harsh realities or small, transcendent revolutions. Two women represent the duality of a single woman. Between them, there is toxic love, power dynamics, insecurities, pride, envy, and an underlying social conditioning.
M (Mariantònia Salas) and A (Alicia Miquel) share a deep connection. M is extroverted, impulsive, and decisive, with a tendency toward narcissism and overprotection. When combined with A’s more introverted and vulnerable nature, this creates an unhealthy situation. Although not weak, A feels silenced—she loses her voice and spark. M’s hugs, care, and condescending protection, far from offering a safe space, only end up eclipsing A to the point where she can no longer bear it.
